ETIQUETTE
1.) Consult your physician
before beginning any exercise program.
2.) Warm up and cool down segments
are essential to a safe and effective workout. Please arrive
on time for each class. Take the necessary precautions if you
must enter a class late or leave early.
3.) Wear proper footwear and attire.
4.) Utlilize locker rooms to store
personal items. Bags, jackets, etc., are not allowed in either
Group Exercise Studio.
5.) Bring a towel and water in a
closed plastic container to each class. Food and chewing gum
are prohibited.
6.) Adhere to all class registration
procedures.
7.) Limit personal conversation
during class. Cell phone use it limited to emergencies only.
8.) During scheduled classes, individual
workouts are a distraction and are not permitted. Be considerate
to other's exercise space. |
